Bryan, 23, has played in three games for Chris Wilder’s side across all competitions so far this campaign, most recently in their FA Cup Third Round win over AFC Fylde. He is yet to appear in the matchday squad for any of Sheffield United’s games so far and is yet to make his league debut for the Blades.
Bryan made his way through the youth academy at Manchester City, playing for the club’s youth sides before heading out on loan to gain some senior experience with Bury and Oldham Athletic. He left Manchester City in the summer of 2018, joining Sheffield United on a free transfer.
Now, with Sheffield United willing to allow Bryan to move away and Charlton Athletic said keen, it will be interesting to see how his situation develops over the course of the January transfer window.
